Coffee Vs. Tea

Coffee or tea, which one is better? And what is the best way to prepare each? Is coffee better from a pot, (is it better from pre-ground or from beans?) or is it better from a press? Or is instant better yet?

And then there’s tea. Is it superior to coffee? How is it best prepared, from a bag or from lose leaves? If your still with me, any thoughts?

I have been contemplating the better way to make coffee today, because when my oldest brother got up to make coffee, there was no coffee filter, hence there was no coffee.

Now for those of you who know me you will know that I LOVE my coffee in the morning. I must have it, or I will…………..Well I don’t know what I’d do if I did not get coffee, but I do know something would happen. Anyway, he and I were forced to make coffee in the coffee press. I must say that it was not half bad. So that’s were my questions about coffee and tea comes from.

Anyone want to weigh in on this?

If you would do research on green tea's health benefits I know you would find a lot of info. Coffee has many benefits too but if you want to drink something because it’s healthy drink green tea. I choose coffee for my essay because I happen to like it and I don’t drink much green tea. I do like to sip some peppermint, peach, and other a few other kinds of herbal tea.

I like my 1 cup of coffee(Mug)after my breakfast but I have to have coffee creamer in it. I like herbal teas in the afternoon if it is cool out but like "Good Earth" original tea to best. If you can fine it, that would be good for my Christmas present.
